For a better management
The goal of this program is to support the beneficiaries of microcredit in the management and development of their projects. By initiating training to basic management, the Foundation offers all of its beneficiaries the possibility of success. Thus, thanks to basic management modules, the Foundation trains them in better management of their sales and cash position. For example, this is done by having them hold a cash ledger for rigorous monitoring of the different customers and by improving the sales methods. These training sessions take place during the weekly repayment meetings. The credit agent, trained beforehand, dedicates a 30-minute training time during the meeting. These training times are related alternatively to management methods and project development or to rights, health and environment. The training sessions are organized in the same place as the repayments, near to the microentrepreneurs’ homes or businesses.. The training is given by the credit agents. Every Friday, the agents receive a training on a module to be taught the following week.
This program aims also at delivering, monitoring and evaluating the training given to the Foundation’s microentrepreneurs.
