Welcome and Enrollment
Enrollment in the support program for business creation is made at a single welcome center by the microentrepreneur. This center becomes the facilitator for the program.
Preselection of the candidate:
After enrollment, the candidate goes through an interview in which he/she is evaluated in different areas, including management capacity.
The short-listed files are sent to the Regional Committee. The Regional Committee is made up of the managers of the Regional Investment Center (CRI), of the ANAPEC (National Agency for the Promotion of Employment and Skills), and a credit expert.
Support to microentrepreneurs
Theoretical training related to the methods of conducting market studies and technical studies;
Support and assistance to the achievement of these studies;
Administrative and Financial Training;
Simulation of the Business Plan: takes place inside the center and aims at improving the communication capacities of the candidate before the presentation of the application for funding to the bank;
Start-up Assistance: The start-up activities for the business include an action plan that is monitored by the center.
Diagnosis related to all the activities of the enterprise and follow-up on the recommendations of the action plan.
